A call rang in for a Notary Public and we answered. A local couple needed signatures and witnessing of Power of Attorney (POA) document notarized.
In this case, with one party going out-of-town the POA would allow the other party to conduct business on the absent parties behalf without them being present.
The notarization took place in Easley SC on June 23, 2016.
This notarization involved a personal statement written by an employer on behalf of an employee. Due to the fact that the letter was handwritten, a Loose Acknowledgment (or Individual Acknowledgement) was completed.
