Notary for Last Will & Testament

Since the passing of music legend Prince, I think many people feel the pressure to have a Last Will and Testament drafted. Commonly, it’s not something most people tend to think about until it’s to late. Most just feel as though they have nothing of value to leave behind. But the truth is, we all leave something or someone behind and we need to make sure they are handle with care and with as less hassle as possible. Which is what the clients that called upon us for our services had in mind.

Without divulging the intimate details of their services, I will say that they felt the need to avoid the any hiccups if or when anything should happen to them.

We completed the notarization and witnessing of Last Will and Testament documents for a couple on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Unfortunately, as notaries public in the State of South Carolina we are not authorized to draft such documents. Notary for Divorce Financial Statement Notarization

A local resident seeking a notary for a document within their divorce paperwork started their search which lead to an early morning call to us on Monday, March 14, 2016. Within a South Carolina Divorce and Separation Agreement, there are forms that need to be notarized by a notary public. We were honored to be able to assist our customer with setting up an appointment for noon to accommodate their lunch break hours. This notarization was completed at the Bilo on Verdae at 101 Verdae Blvd. Greenville SC.

Notary for I-9 Verification Form

An I-9 Employee Identification Form was signed by a local resident on the afternoon of Saturday, February 27, 2016. Although I-9 Forms are NOT notarized, they are completed by a Notary Public in the capacity of an Authorized Representative of the employer. This particular form was completed at a Greenville County Library Branch where reading is still fundamental!

Notary for Refinance Oversight Philadelphia Property in Easley, SC

Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Bethinina Gary answered a call from JMT Document Services/Title Source for a Philadelphia Property Refinance Transaction through Quicken Loans. This signing was completed on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 for a signer who was in town working. The signing took place in Easley, South Carolina and was dropped off via UPS back to the title company on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
