Notary for Oversight of Home Loan Application

cnsaOn Saturday, May 28, 2016, a loan application was completed by a local Taylors, South Carolina resident.  The loan package was on behalf of a regular title company.

Regularly, Title Companies use Notaries Public to conduct these assignments for the main purpose of oversight.  The notary is making sure the signer or signers are signing in the appropriate spaces, dating the documents correctly and not leaving items incomplete.  Also, in some instances collect checklist documents from the signer needed to complete the application process.

Notary for I9 Authorization

form I9An I-9 Authorization signing was conducted on behalf of a Greenville customer via an I-9 Employment contractor on the morning of Friday, March 27, 2016.

The I-9 Authorization service was provided by a Certified Notary Signing Agent at our alternate headquarters in Greenville, SC. Also, for those who do not know Notaries Public CAN NOT notarize an I-9 employment form. We aren’t acting in the capacity of a Notary but that of an Authorized Representative of the Employer. Employers use us in this capacity because we are consider public officials. Therefore, when asked to provide a notarization to such document an Attestation Form, a form commonly used by remote employees because the stamp/seal of the notary public is not affixed, and should not be affixed to the I-9 form itself is required.

Notary for Deed In Lieu

foreclosure-short-sale-deed-in-lieuA Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure signing was conducted in Greenville, South Carolina for a local couple.  Our service is around for those signers that have a limited schedule to sign documents.  It is also a convenience for those who need notary service with the ability to scan, fax or email the documents directly to the requesting party.  In this case, the entire document package had to be scanned and emailed directly to the signing company so that immediate action could be taken in the transaction.

This assignment was conducted on May 27, 2016 by a newly certified signing agent mentee.

Seller of Business Document Oversight

This assignment was completed timely and successfully on May 27, 2016 just minutes away from our notary headquarters.

Notary for Loan Application Oversight

On May 23, 2016, Upstate Mobile Notaries conducted the oversight of a loan application for a repeat client. These applications are usually  the starting process for home refinance. Upon completion of the application, all documents were faxed/scanned back to the signing company.
