On August 31, 2016, a Refinance Loan Application oversight was conducted for a Travelers Rest resident.
A Ware Shoals resident selling property in Pennsylvania need a Notary Signing Agent to conduct the oversight and notarization of his seller side documents.
This assignment took place on August 31, 2016.
A call rang into our offices in the mid morning of August 30, 2016. The caller was needing a Notary Public to notarize several document for them at some time during the day. This day just happen to be a very busy and overwhelming day, even at that point. We explained to the caller our already tight schedule, but ensured them that we would make it happen.
By the end of the business day, a notary was en route to Anderson South Carolina to notarize an Acknowledgment of Consent and a Specific Power of Attorney document for the caller.
Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC provided two Certified Notary Signing Agents to conduct a seller side document signing. This document signing was for a local resident selling a family property in Florida. The document required the witnessing of the signer’s signature by two unrelated parties.
So, Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC sent out two Notaries for the oversight, witnessing and notarization of said document.
The assignment took place on August 30, 2016 in Taylors South Carolina.
A Private Medical Release Document was signed by a local resident, witnessed and notarized by us on the afternoon of Saturday, August 27, 2016.
On August 26, 2016, a private document signing was conducted on behalf of a local resident. The individual called in with an urgent request needed downtown Greenville. Due to the nature of the document no other information will be provided.
