Notary for Oversight of Home Loan Application

cnsaOn Saturday, May 28, 2016, a loan application was completed by a local Taylors, South Carolina resident.  The loan package was on behalf of a regular title company.

Regularly, Title Companies use Notaries Public to conduct these assignments for the main purpose of oversight.  The notary is making sure the signer or signers are signing in the appropriate spaces, dating the documents correctly and not leaving items incomplete.  Also, in some instances collect checklist documents from the signer needed to complete the application process.

On May 23, 2016, Upstate Mobile Notaries conducted the oversight of a loan application for a repeat client. These applications are usually  the starting process for home refinance. Upon completion of the application, all documents were faxed/scanned back to the signing company.

Moneyhouse_logo On May 9, 2016, a local Greenville County couple completed a Reverse Mortgage Application . Reverse Mortgage AKA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage allows a homeowner 62 years of age or older (and their spouse) to borrow against the equity in their home.

Thanks to a repeat signing service company, an out-of-state property document affidavit of continuous marriage oversight was conducted on behalf of a Greenville resident. This is the third trip to this particular client for this company. However, when our companies call, we answer and assist. bmw-spartanburg-overviewA rescheduled refinance loan document oversight was conduct on the morning of January 19, 2016. As there was some miscommunication in the scheduling of this appointment which was to take place the day before. But luckily, Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC as well as the borrower had flexibility in getting it done. This document signing was for a property located in Georgia, which as you all may or may not know requires the assistance of an attorney. Because GA like SC is an attorney state and therefore, and attorney must be present during such. The attorney was present via telephone and represented their client well.
