A new Signing Services contacted us to assist with an assignment of July 21, 2016. They had a 2 part seller side document needing oversight and notarization. The assignment was schedule to take place at the first signer’s place of employment. The signer did need a copy of his identification for the document package to be shipped off. The task was completed, the Out-of-State Seller-Side package was signed, documents within it notarized and the signer returned to work.
A call rang in to Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC from an individual flying in on a private flight into GSP International Airport July 13, 2016 and needing our services upon their arrival.
An appointment was scheduled for the time of the flights landing. This assignment was the notarization of a signature for a Out-of-State Closing Affidavit.
The assignment was completed by SC Certified Notary Public Bethinina Gary and the individual departed GSP International Airport to his destination.
A Signing Service need assistance with their refinance oversight for an out-of-state property.
And thankfully there was a FedEx located nearby so that we were able to make copies of the borrower’s IDs, which needed to be included with the returned documents upon the completion of the signing.
This assignment was successfully completed on the morning of June 16, 2016 at Starbucks, 3915 Pelham Road Greenville.
This refinance totaled 236 pages, including copies for the signers involved. The signing concluded with a visit to drop the documents at FedEx which was ironically where the assignment itself had taken place. This after 2 location changes due to inclement weather. Nothing like a 1 stop shop!
This oversight was completed on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Kinkos FedEx located at 550 Woods Lake Road, Greenville SC.
A notarization was performed by a Upstate Mobile Notaries Notary Public involving a Transfer of Deed for an Out-of-State property in Greer, SC on Monday, November 26, 2012 on behalf of new residents of the Upstate.
Due to the fact that no notarial language existed on the California Deed a loose acknowledgment was attached to the document and all was well.
