Just as people need refinances for their personal residences, they from time to time need to do the same with a investment or rental property. On Monday, April 25, 2016 our services were need for an investment property refinance. Even though the property was located in another state the signers reside in our lovely city.

A call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries in the late evening of Monday, February 29, 2016. A couple needing a Notary for the notarization of documents related to the sale of a boat that they had left in Minnesota. Shortly afterwards, Vehicle Title Transfer Documents (8) were signed by the local resident relocating back to SC. This signing was conducted by Notary Public Bethinina Gary. The transactions included transfer of vehicle (boat) and trailer. Signing was completed at Jack in the Box at 2609 Woodruff Rd Simpsonville SC.
Thanks to a repeat signing service company, an out-of-state property document affidavit of continuous marriage oversight was conducted on behalf of a Greenville resident. This is the third trip to this particular client for this company. However, when our companies call, we answer and assist. This assignment which only took 15 minutes was conducted by Certified
