When homeowners residing in Greenville are selling their rental home in another state, there are documents that need to be finalized. On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, a call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC from a Title Company needing a seller side document oversight conducted same day. We were happy to oblige. Confirmations were received, appointment confirmed, documents printed, signatures and notarizations executed and last but certainly not least documents made same day FedEx pickup.

Notary for Refinance Transaction Oversight
This refinance totaled 236 pages, including copies for the signers involved. The signing concluded with a visit to drop the documents at FedEx which was ironically where the assignment itself had taken place. This after 2 location changes due to inclement weather. Nothing like a 1 stop shop!
This oversight was completed on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Kinkos FedEx located at 550 Woods Lake Road, Greenville SC.
Notary needed for Out-of-State Investment Property Refinance
A Upstate Mobile Notaries Certified Notary Public Signing Agent was called and completed a loan application for refinance signing for two local residents in Greer, South Carolina on April 19, 2016. The documents were then scanned, faxed and shipped off via FedEx.
