On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, a call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC from a Title Company needing a seller side document oversight conducted same day. We were happy to oblige. Confirmations were received, appointment confirmed, documents printed, signatures and notarizations executed and last but certainly not least documents made same day FedEx pickup.
