Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC conducted a Refinance application for an Investment Property in NY. This assignment was conducted on August 18, 2016 at Starbucks at 3915 Pelham Road Greenville SC.
Just as people need refinances for their personal residences, they from time to time need to do the same with a investment or rental property. On Monday, April 25, 2016 our services were need for an investment property refinance. Even though the property was located in another state the signers reside in our lovely city.
