A call rang in for a Notary Public and we answered. A local couple needed signatures and witnessing of Power of Attorney (POA) document notarized.
In this case, with one party going out-of-town the POA would allow the other party to conduct business on the absent parties behalf without them being present.
The notarization took place in Easley SC on June 23, 2016.
A Signing Service need assistance with their refinance oversight for an out-of-state property.
And thankfully there was a FedEx located nearby so that we were able to make copies of the borrower’s IDs, which needed to be included with the returned documents upon the completion of the signing.
This assignment was successfully completed on the morning of June 16, 2016 at Starbucks, 3915 Pelham Road Greenville.
Within the course of 3 days, our services were called upon by J&B Recovery multiple times. Several unclaimed goods and recovery forms along with limited power’s of attorney forms were notarized for numerous local residents throughout the Greenville area.
On June 1, 2016, forms were completed for two individuals at the Comfort Inn on Laurens Rd. Greenville.
On June 2, 2016, forms were completed for a local resident off of Cedar Lane, Greenville. And on the same day another not far from our Upstate Mobile Notaries headquarters.
On June 3, 2016, our dear friends at J&B Recovery called on us to assist with revisiting our first customer from June 2 for an additional notarization at this residence by another family member.

On Saturday, May 28, 2016, a loan application was completed by a local Taylors, South Carolina resident. The loan package was on behalf of a regular title company.
Regularly, Title Companies use Notaries Public to conduct these assignments for the main purpose of oversight. The notary is making sure the signer or signers are signing in the appropriate spaces, dating the documents correctly and not leaving items incomplete. Also, in some instances collect checklist documents from the signer needed to complete the application process.
