A Buyer’s Investment document oversight was conducted on August 14, 2016. The Buyer’s spend a lot of time traveling and have a very tight schedule. So setting a convenient time was a little harder than usual. But after several reschedules we got it done.

When homeowners residing in Greenville are selling their rental home in another state, there are documents that need to be finalized. On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, a call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC from a Title Company needing a seller side document oversight conducted same day. We were happy to oblige. Confirmations were received, appointment confirmed, documents printed, signatures and notarizations executed and last but certainly not least documents made same day FedEx pickup.
