Swearing in for a Phone Deposition Hearing

On the morning of Monday, March 12, 2018 a case that was previously initiated in January was revisited.  Because the case originated in the State of Florida and the State of South Carolina resident, the Plaintiff involved in the case could not travel, the court heard the case via telephone between all interested parties.

In cases such as this the parties appearing in person before the Notary Public have their ID’s verified and then they are sworn in as would during an actual court appearance. This case was heard by way of Mauldin South Carolina.
