When homeowners residing in Greenville are selling their rental home in another state, there are documents that need to be finalized. On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, a call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC from a Title Company needing a seller side document oversight conducted same day. We were happy to oblige. Confirmations were received, appointment confirmed, documents printed, signatures and notarizations executed and last but certainly not least documents made same day FedEx pickup.
Notary for Private Wedding Ceremony in Greer SC
Congratulations are in order to Harlan and Ebony. They sealed the deal with a private ceremony, among a few family and friends. This beautiful ceremony was conducted at Greer Park, Greer SC on August 3, 2016, during a slight but beautiful overcast from the showers that fell during the ceremony.

On August 2, 2016, the second part of a 2 part Refinance Loan Application oversight was conducted. Due to the assignment being scheduled during business hours, the signer before us was still on the clock. However, we were able to accommodate with what resources we had available. Which in this situation was the trunk of our vehicle in the sweltering heat.
Assignment was conducted at a construction site on Old Roebuck Road, Spartanburg SC by Certified Notary Signing Agent Bethinina Gary.
Notary for Duke Energy Identity Verification Form
In this late Monday evening of August 1, 2016, a local Upstate resident need our assistance. This individual needed their signature notarized on a Duke Energy Identity Verification Form that need to be turned in by August 2, 2016.
This signing was completed at Dunkin Doughnuts at 1551 Laurens Road, Greenville SC.

On Wednesday, July 27, 2016, we received a very urgent call for a local resident needing their signatures on Annuity documents notarized. Shortly after the call rang in we were servicing our clients.
With only 3 pages and 1 notarization need this partial document was completed and faxed to the requesting agency.
