A call rang in the early morning of Friday, August 12, 2016, from a couple needing an officiant for a last-minute wedding ceremony. Within a few hours, the lovely couple were officially married and couldn’t be happier. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Donald Ackerman.
This private impromptu ceremony was conducted at the Fred W. Symmes Chapel in Cleveland, SC with a beautiful overlook of the Upstate Mountains of North and South Carolina.
Capital Title Insurance Agency contacted Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC to assist a Sunset, SC couple with the purchase of a property in Michigan. Even as documents continued to come in via e-docs during the signing, we printed, signed and notarized and never missed a beat.

Due to the assignment being scheduled during business hours, the signer before us was still on the clock. However, we were able to accommodate with what resources we had available. Which in this situation was the trunk of our vehicle in the sweltering heat.

In this late Monday evening of August 1, 2016, a local Upstate resident need our assistance. This individual needed their signature notarized on a Duke Energy Identity Verification Form that need to be turned in by August 2, 2016.
