A Private Medical Release Document was signed by a local resident, witnessed and notarized by us on the afternoon of Saturday, August 27, 2016.
On the evening of Sunday, August 14, 2016, our services were called upon in which we witnessed the signatures for a South Carolina resident on the transfer of title of her vehicle to another party, a resident of North Carolina.
In most cases, a notary isn’t needed for such transactions. However, in some states, the notary’s sworn statement is written on the title transfer section to be completed with stamp/seal. When the title is void of this language, such with this case it is necessary to attach an Individual Acknowledgment. An individual Acknowledgment is a notarial form that verifies that a person or persons appeared before the notary or acknowledges that they did indeed sign said document.

On Thursday morning, June 9, 2016 a call rang in. A local resident searching for a mobile notary. This resident had seller side documents that need to be notarized. She had believed that she could have it done at her local bank, but that wasn’t the case.
Although, most banks have in-house notaries they are sometimes prohibited from conducting notarizations of certain documents. Well this is where we come in.

Since the passing of music legend Prince, I think many people feel the pressure to have a Last Will and Testament drafted. Commonly, it’s not something most people tend to think about until it’s to late. Most just feel as though they have nothing of value to leave behind. But the truth is, we all leave something or someone behind and we need to make sure they are handle with care and with as less hassle as possible. Which is what the clients that called upon us for our services had in mind.
Without divulging the intimate details of their services, I will say that they felt the need to avoid the any hiccups if or when anything should happen to them.
We completed the notarization and witnessing of Last Will and Testament documents for a couple on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. A Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure signing was conducted in Easley, South Carolina for a local resident. Our service is around for those signers that have a limited schedule and can only partition a certain amount of time out of their day to sign documents. It is also a convenience for the requesting party who need notary service with the ability to assist its signers in such cases. In this case, the entire document package had to be scanned and emailed directly to the requesting party so that immediate action could be taken in the transaction.

A call rang into Upstate Mobile Notaries in the late evening of Monday, February 29, 2016. A couple needing a Notary for the notarization of documents related to the sale of a boat that they had left in Minnesota. Shortly afterwards, Vehicle Title Transfer Documents (8) were signed by the local resident relocating back to SC. This signing was conducted by Notary Public Bethinina Gary. The transactions included transfer of vehicle (boat) and trailer. Signing was completed at Jack in the Box at 2609 Woodruff Rd Simpsonville SC.
