On June 25, 2016 a call came in from a newly local resident needing a signature notarized on an Affidavit from the SC State Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations.

Refinance Application Oversight
A Refinance oversight was conducted on June 25, 2016 on Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville SC.

Notary Public for Power of Attorney
A call rang in for a Notary Public and we answered. A local couple needed signatures and witnessing of Power of Attorney (POA) document notarized.
In this case, with one party going out-of-town the POA would allow the other party to conduct business on the absent parties behalf without them being present.
The notarization took place in Easley SC on June 23, 2016.
Notary for 2 Part Refinance
As with any loan the borrowers have to sign numerous documents. When there is more than one borrower and they are in different states, our services are greatly needed to assist with these transactions.
On the evening of June 22, 2016, our services were needed for a 2 part refinance loan. The borrower met with us and signed the documents that required her signature. Then the documents were shipped to the second notary in OH for the second borrower’s signature.
This assignment took place at the Residence Inn 120 Milestone Way, Greenville SC.
Notary for Refinance
A Signing Service need assistance with their refinance oversight for an out-of-state property.
And thankfully there was a FedEx located nearby so that we were able to make copies of the borrower’s IDs, which needed to be included with the returned documents upon the completion of the signing.
This assignment was successfully completed on the morning of June 16, 2016 at Starbucks, 3915 Pelham Road Greenville.
Notary Signing Agent for Refinance
On May 23, 2016, a refinance loan document signing was conducted for a local resident via a out-of-state title company.
This assignment was completed on Mauldin SC.
Notary for Refinance Transaction Oversight
This refinance totaled 236 pages, including copies for the signers involved. The signing concluded with a visit to drop the documents at FedEx which was ironically where the assignment itself had taken place. This after 2 location changes due to inclement weather. Nothing like a 1 stop shop!
This oversight was completed on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Kinkos FedEx located at 550 Woods Lake Road, Greenville SC.
