Notary for 2 Part Refinance

Residence-Inn As with any loan the borrowers have to sign numerous documents. When there is more than one borrower and they are in different states, our services are greatly needed to assist with these transactions.

On the evening of June 22, 2016, our services were needed for a 2 part refinance loan. The borrower met with us and signed the documents that required her signature. Then the documents were shipped to the second notary in OH for the second borrower’s signature.

This assignment took place at the Residence Inn 120 Milestone Way, Greenville SC.

 

Notarization for Assets Recovery Claim

JB assets LogoWithin the course of 3 days, our services were called upon by J&B Recovery multiple times. Several unclaimed goods and recovery forms along with limited power’s of attorney forms were notarized for numerous local residents throughout the Greenville area.

On June 1, 2016, forms were completed for two individuals at the Comfort Inn on Laurens Rd. Greenville.

On June 2, 2016, forms were completed for a local resident off of Cedar Lane, Greenville. And on the same day another not far from our Upstate Mobile Notaries headquarters.

On June 3, 2016, our dear friends at J&B Recovery called on us to assist with revisiting our first customer from June 2 for an additional notarization at this residence by another family member.

These assignments were completed by Notary Public Bethinina Gary.

Notary for Refinance Transaction Oversight

FedEx_Express.svg This refinance totaled 236 pages, including copies for the signers involved.  The signing concluded with a visit to drop the documents at FedEx which was ironically where the assignment itself had taken place. This after 2 location changes due to inclement weather. Nothing like a 1 stop shop!

This oversight was completed on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Kinkos FedEx located at 550 Woods Lake Road, Greenville SC.

Notary for Reverse Mortgage on Behalf of HDS

Moneyhouse_logo On May 9, 2016, a local Greenville County couple completed a Reverse Mortgage Application . Reverse Mortgage AKA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage allows a homeowner 62 years of age or older (and their spouse) to borrow against the equity in their home.

These types of loans oversights are also conducted by us here at Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC. This assignment was conducted by Certified Notary Signing Agent Bethinina Gary.

Notary for Application for Passport for a Minor

Us-passportWhen you are the parent of a traveling minor who cannot sign his or her name party to a document because they are not legally able to do so for the fact that they are not the age of majority then call us. Those parents or legal guardians of the child must complete the application, but must also obtain a notarized copy of the affidavit section of the request form.

That was the case on Saturday, April 16, 2016 when the call rang in. This process was completed shortly afterwards by Notary Public Bethinina Gary at the Liberty Tax Service office located at 1563 Laurens Rd. Greenville, SC.

Notary for Refinance Oversight Philadelphia Property in Easley, SC

Certified Notary Public Signing Agent Bethinina Gary answered a call from JMT Document Services/Title Source for a Philadelphia Property Refinance Transaction through Quicken Loans.  This signing was completed on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 for a signer who was in town working.6021_46_b  The signing took place in Easley, South Carolina and was dropped off via UPS back to the title company on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
