A notarization was performed by a Upstate Mobile Notaries Notary Public involving a Transfer of Deed for an Out-of-State property in Greer, SC on Monday, November 26, 2012 on behalf of new residents of the Upstate.

Due to the fact that no notarial language existed on the California Deed a loose acknowledgment was attached to the document and all was well.
