Signing Agent for Refinance Loan Application
An Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC Notary Public completed a courier/witnessing of a Refinance Application for a South Carolina property on Monday, August 15, 2016, in Anderson, SC.

On August 2, 2016, the second part of a 2 part Refinance Loan Application oversight was conducted. Due to the assignment being scheduled during business hours, the signer before us was still on the clock. However, we were able to accommodate with what resources we had available. Which in this situation was the trunk of our vehicle in the sweltering heat.
Assignment was conducted at a construction site on Old Roebuck Road, Spartanburg SC by Certified Notary Signing Agent Bethinina Gary.
Notary for 2 part Loan Application Oversight
A Signing Oversight was completed by an Upstate Mobile Notaries, LLC Notary Public on behalf of National Loan Closers/Loan Processing Center on Thursday, June 30, 2016 in Mauldin SC. This assignment consisted of two loan applications conducted by two individuals at the same location for the same loan.
